Mani Muse Returns & Refunds
We want you to absolutely love your Mani Muse experience — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

30-Day Change of Mind Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. No stress. To be eligible: items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Packaging and tags must be intact, and proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Simply email us at support@manimuse.com.au and we’ll take care of the rest. If your return is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions. Please note: returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every Mani Muse product is backed by our 12-month warranty and Happiness Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you expected — reach out right away. We’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement, refund, or whatever it takes to leave you smiling.

What Can’t Be Returned?
We’re unable to accept returns on: opened or used beauty/personal care items (for hygiene reasons), custom or made-to-order products, sale items, or gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask — we’re here to help.

Exchanges
Need a different style, length or shade? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm if it’s been approved. If it is, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process the refund on their end. Still waiting after 15 business days?
